Tip #2: How To Add New Users and Authors on Your Blog

If you’re part of a business or other organization, it is likely there may be multiple people writing blogs for your website. Additionally, it is likely that not everyone will need complete access the Dashboard. To add a new user on your WordPress site while still limiting their general website access, simply click on Users » Add New and fill out the form.
Tip #3: How To Add Links in Your Blog
WordPress comes with a friendly post editor called the Visual Editor. Using this nifty tool, you can create a text link or link any images in your blog post. Here is a picture to illustrate the link button:
When you click on the insert link button, it will bring up a popup window. In the URL field, you will enter the actual hyperlink–the web address–and in the link text field you will add the text that will be linked.
You also have the option to check the box next to Open link in a new tab. This will open the link in a new browser tab. It’s recommended that you use this option if you are linking to an external site, so that a reader can easily navigate back to your blog post.
WordPress also allows you to easily link to posts and pages that you have published on your own website by using the content search feature.
Simply click on Or link to existing content option and WordPress will show you recent content and a search field. You can search for a post or scroll down to find it from the list. Just click to select and then click Add or Update Link button.
